Mr. Greene has twenty-four years of experience in public safety GIS with extensive experience in NG9-1-1/E9-1-1 data preparation and remediation, NG9-1-1/E9-1-1 QA/QC audits and data maintenance software, and E9-1-1 address conversion projects.
