Jeff Ledbetter, GISP, ENP

Jeff Ledbetter is Senior Client Success Manager at DATAMARK Technologies, a Michael Baker International company. He entered public safety GIS in 2009 as GIS Manager at the Greater Harris County 9-1-1 Emergency Network in Houston, where he managed GIS routing for emergency calls, coordinated data acquisition with regional partner agencies, and led the GIS side of that network’s transition to Next Generation 9-1-1. He later served as GIS Program Manager for the San Diego Regional Public Safety Geodatabase, a program of the San Diego Unified Disaster Council that aggregates regional GIS data to support computer-aided dispatch and situational awareness mapping across participating agencies. He contributed to the National States Geographic Information Council’s NG9-1-1 Working Group in the development of its Recommended Validations for NG9-1-1 GIS Data. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Texas Tech University and carries the GIS Professional, Emergency Number Professional, and Project Management Professional certifications.
