Lauren DiGiovanni, MSGIS, GISP, ENP

Lauren DiGiovanni is a Client Success Manager at DATAMARK Technologies, a Michael Baker International company, where she helps 9-1-1 authorities and GIS departments build public safety GIS workflows that meet NG9-1-1 data requirements. She worked in public safety GIS on the agency side as a GIS Analyst for a public safety answering point in Colorado. Her earlier geospatial work covered flood mapping, orthomosaic imagery production, aeronautical charting, and data science for mobile technology. She joined DATAMARK Technologies as a Solutions Engineer before moving into client success. She has presented on NG9-1-1 GIS at the CalGIS and Intermountain GIS conferences, including a 2025 session on GIS-based 9-1-1 call routing in California and a session on indoor mapping for public safety. She holds a Master of Geographic Information Systems and the GIS Professional and Emergency Number Professional certifications.
